Two pale forms punctuate the blue-violet field in different ways. A broad interval of night separates them, allowing each to retain its own shape without merging into a single band of light.
The tilted head and diagonal body disturb the vertical format, while the moon remains geometrically fixed. Small lilac and pink flower shapes scatter through the upper field, filling the space between the larger forms without competing with them. Cooler blue-violet shadows pass through the skin and hair, while warmer cream and pink notes keep the figure distinct from the moon’s flatter, more uniform light.
